DocuGun is a web-based platform that allows firearm owners to document, manage, and store records related to their legally-owned firearms, including serial numbers, photos, maintenance history, and ownership records.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using DocuGun, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and record-keeping.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. DocuGun is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
You agree to use DocuGun only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:
DocuGun offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid annual subscription at $19.99/year. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All billing is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously. However, DocuGun cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DocuGun does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocuGun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or firearms-related losses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data may be deleted.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
